Wendy IssaWendy Issa

Wendy is an Ecuadorian yogini, entrepreneur, trained chef, story-lover, and a traveler down to her bones. She is an eternal believer that everything happens for a reason.

Yoga came into Wendy’s life in 2010. Before moving to Canada, she went to Costa Rica for her first Yoga Teacher Training which was led by her now mentor, teacher and dear friend, Ashely Ludman. Five months later, she was teaching Yoga at studios and gyms around the Ottawa-Gatineau area. She now teaches in Vancouver.

After her mentor introduced her to Clarity Breathwork, Energy Healing, and Therapeutic Yoga, she began working on creating her own style of teaching and Energy Breathwork & Bodywork was born. Her classes are directed to help peel away the layers of your Outer-Self and discover your true nature.

She will hold a safe space and guide you through a unique combination of meditations, breathwork, asana & hands-on adjustments, moving and balancing your life force, Prana.

Sara JohnsonSarah Johnson  
Sarah has been a meditation and yoga practitioner for many years. She first found her love of inner adventure and outer movement through the 26 postures of the Bikram Hot Yoga series. On a whim, like most great experiences in her life, she felt drawn to expand her practice and began a 200 hour Hatha Vinyasa teacher training in June 2017.

Experiencing this practice as a day to day evolution, allows you to notice the affects both physically and mentally. This is why yoga is such a brilliant tool, and she hopes to offer this experience to others as inspiration rather than an end goal.

Being quite the spiritual sleuth Sarah loves diving into asanas with students through an encouraging curiosity. Inspiring others to embark on any form of exploration at finding their own inner strength and expansion is her goal through using connected, progressive, fun, and collaborative sequences.

Sarah invites students to live their lives authentically and to encourage others to stay wild and love freely.
