Katie is a Personal Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach in Downtown Vancouver, BC. She started back in 2011 when she herself lost over 100lbs and first found her journey to coaching people to feel the best in their bodies. She specializes in Functional Range Conditioning, Conscious Connected Training and Pre & Post Natal Fitness- so ladies, if you are pregnant, she's got you!
