Family trips -

I did a lot of research in the spring of 2008, looking for a family friendly rafting company that had a good safety record. All my searches kept bringing me back to REO Rafting, so that is what I went with. We had such a wonderful trip. Rafting down the river was such an experience, and the guides made it so much fun. The staff treated us like family and included my son in many of their activities. It was an experience my son talked about for many months. The next year, 2009, I gave my son the choice of Disneyland or another trip to REO. He picked REO without hesitation! We went back in July, all the staff remembered us, and many even remembered our names. We had another fantastic, exciting week of fun. Every trip down the river was a different experience, the meals were again 5 star, and the staff was fabulous and so accommodating. Thank you for two wonderful holidays REO...guaranteed we'll be back.

My son and I greatly enjoyed our trip to REO this year. As you know, it was my fourth summer and his third. We keep coming back not just for the world-class rafting but also the warm, friendly atmosphere and family environment. We've made many good friends at REO - especially among the guides and staff - and we look forward to seeing them again. And, although we are not dancers ourselves, we try to make our visits coincide with the Irish Dance Camp, which adds another dimension to the experience.

Whenever we talk to friends and acquaintances about rafting, which is often, we tell them about REO. We're going to to our best to come back next year.

We had a wonderful and memorable trip to REO. The resort was impeccable and combined comfortable accommodation with an excellent camping atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful. The rafting was simply superb - we have rafted as a family at many places but none compare. The meals where wholesome and of a much higher standard than expected. The chefs team were good fun and always alert to our requirements. Most of all though, the staff were outstanding - well qualified, safe and above all fun...we would recommend REO to any adventurous family.

I would love to tell you about our trip to REO! It was AWESOME! So good in fact that we are coming back next summer. The whole crew, from the kitchen staff to the guides, were very accommodating. Your facility is first rate and made for a relaxing few days, especially not having to worry about making meals. Of course the highlight was definitely the rafting! It was far beyond what we expected and we continue to tell people about our adventure.

I am writing to tell you what a wonderful time we had this summer at REO Resort. My whole family, including my eight grand children and assorted parents, and me, found REO to be so "natural" and so un-commercial, which was a welcome relief to all. The children loved the freedom - they loved playing at the beach, wandering in their free time, and were totally taken with the talent show. The variety of activities for them kept they very challenged and engaged. Most of all they loved the rafting. Our guides were just so enthusiastic and fun. The river was very exciting - a perfect balance between adrenaline and excitement.

Of course for the adults, it was so wonderful to have time when you didn't feel you needed to supervise, a chance to relax. Morning coffee, looking upstream, was so peaceful. All the adults loved the rafting excitement as well.

After visiting the beautiful city of Vancouver it was time to challenge our two children, ages 11 and 14, to some adventure and head to REO for some rafting and reclining. Not only was it beautiful and majestic but there was no texting, no computer and actually some conversation! The highlight of the trip occurred during the rafting trip when my daughter leaned over with excitement in her eyes and said "I love you Mom, this is great". The food was awesome and the accommodations appropriate for the event. The hot tub was a welcome sight as was the fire in the evening. The thing I thought was neat was that depending on when you go and occupancy you could have a many different experiences and they do accommodate a variable number of guests. We show our pictures to everyone and rave about the experience.

Everything was great - the tents, the food (we loved the chef with his minute by minute updates) and the activities. For the three days we were there, we felt totally cared for. Thanks REO and all the wonderful caring staff.

Our trip was absolutely fantastic. We had no idea what to expect and it was the best holiday I'd been on in some time. Being a workaholic and rarely ever getting away, coming down to REO was really what I needed. As a matter of fact, I was having some teenager issues shortly before and the trip bonded us back together again. My roommate is afraid of heights and he even went rappelling. The rafting was unbelievable...you should look at our pictures, every one shows us laughing. My personal favorite...your private deck. It was breathtaking, sitting right over the river. My son filled up his water bottle from the river constantly saying it was the best water in the world.

Our fondest memories will come from your staff. These people were the friendliest people. They weren't employees, you could tell they loved doing their job. They were so down to earth and pretty fun too. Our favorite particular guide was our rappelling guide. He was absolutely amazing. We are coming back next summer with more friends.

This was simply the best vacation we ever took with our teens. The rafting more than exceeded our expectations in every way. The tents were comfortable and the camp clean. We were very impressed with the washroom and shower facilities and the staff made every effort to ensure we were having a wonderful time when we were on the water or even just about at camp. The food was great. It was of the four weeks we took in BC last summer the most stress free, and exciting time of our vacation. The all-inclusive plan is the best way to go. We are already planning another trip next summer to include more family. Thanks to all the staff at REO for a great time. We look forward to next summer with you.

Corporate and team building retreats -

Our team building event at REO Rafting was a huge success. We found that the cabin tents down by the river were exactly what we were looking for...we were able to spend quality time together discussing our business and finding ways to better communicate. The facilities and staff were very well prepared to support our team building event. We especially enjoyed our discussions around the campfire and great food. We look forward to our next trip to REO.

The entire trip was fabulous. We continue to get comments from people who not only went on the trip , but some who simply heard about it. Everyone wants to know how to get on the list. The location and river were perfect. People were able to unplug and really enjoy the outdoors. The guides were really great and clearly went out of their way to make sure everyone had good time and got the maximum experience from the river. I think the other aspect that really made the trip special was the facility you have built over the years. It was clear that a lot of time and attention when into planning and building the resort, from the quality of the tents to the food, showers, etc...everything was top notch.
