Waiver Form
If you are bringing up a minor and you are not a legal guardian you will need to have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Please download the waiver, print it out, and have the parents or legal guardian sign it and bring it with you to the resort. Everyone at REO Rafting Resort must fill out a waiver and sign it.
