Reservations can be made 9-5 pm PST, Monday to Friday.

Payments:

Full payment is required prior to arrival at REO for all trips. All full payment deadlines are 30 days prior to trip departure. 30 days prior for the Irish Dance Camp and Club REO family vacations.  60 days prior for the Songwriters Retreat and Cat Smiley's Boot Camp.

Deposits are not required for Daytrips, Getaways and Full Monty's.  Deposits are required for camps, retreats and Club REO family vacations.  These deposits are non-refundable. Please see our Deposits and Cancellations Policy page for more information on these deposits.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque. All verbal credit card purchases must be followed with a signed authorization by the cardholder. Credit card payments will be processed in Canadian funds and converted to your currency by your financial institution.

Waivers:

If you are bringing up a minor (18 and under) and you are not their legal guardian you will need to have their parent or legal guardian sign their waiver. Please download the waiver, print it out, and have the parents or legal guardian sign it and bring it with you to the resort. Everyone at REO Rafting Resort must fill out a waiver and sign it.
