REO Rafting Overview:

Nahatlatch canyon rafting 8The Nahatlatch is one of the best rafting rivers in the world. Our resort is located right on the Nahatlatch....we have over 1 km of river frontage in a very beautiful and private setting. The area is known as the Fraser Canyon, just 3 hours from Vancouver in southwestern British Columbia. Our season runs from May to September, with the busiest months being July and August.


REO's guests come from all parts of the world and expect the trip of a lifetime. It is our duty to make that dream come true. Resort & Property Maintenance Manager
Location - REO Resort, Nahatlatch Valley (near Boston Bar). The responsibility of the Maintenance Manager is to maintain, repair and manage all the lands, buildings, vehicles and equipment of the REO Rafting Resort. Trip Leader: Rafting
Location - REO Resort, Nahatlatch Valley. Seasonal, May – September. Must have wilderness first aid, OFA or equivalent certification (min 30-45 hrs), CPR C, have minimum 3-5 years raft guiding experience on Class 3-5 whitewater, level 1 Rescue 3 Whitewater Rescue Technician certification or higher, BCROA TL certificate or equivalent with relevant class 3-4 TL experience, valid drivers license (prefer class 2 bus license), and be fluent in English. Academic degree in physical education, outdoor recreation and/or tourism will be assets. Pay rate will depend on qualifications, experience and certifications. Includes room & board.

Must have valid first-aid certification (min 20 hrs), CPR C, have minimum 2 years raft guiding experience on Class 3-4 rivers, level 1 Rescue 3 Whitewater Rescue Technician certification or equivalent, valid drivers license (prefer class 2 bus license), and be fluent in English. Trading Post Assistant

Location - REO Resort, Nahatlatch Valley. Seasonal, full-time, June 10-Sept 10. Main duties include checking in guests, selling retail items, doing daily cash-outs and offering general customer service. Office, computer and customer service experience is required.

Housekeeper & Clean-up Assistant
Location - REO Resort, Nahatlatch Valley. Seasonal, 3 days/wk Fri-Sun, May 25 to Sept 2. This position will require cleaning work around the resort, laundry and housekeeping, and work in the kitchen. Main duties will be kitchen clean-up & dishes, assisting with meal preparations, resort clean-up, cleaning & preparing accommodations, doing laundry and grounds maintenance.
